Regal eTicket

I purchased a Regal eTicket earlier today for a movie I was going to see, but never received the ticket. I only received an email with confirmation of my purchase, but not the eTicket. I had to end up buying the ticket at the theater for the full value. Is there a way to request a refund?

It looks like your movie ticket purchase was flagged in our system because it received a high fraud alert based on our security measures.

Your order was been cleared and the tickets were sent the following day. Apologies for any inconvenience.
