To Exchange A Purchase

If you purchased a physical item and would like to exchange it for a different one, simply let us know by emailing support@anyperk.com. We will send you instructions on how to return the item you currently have, and then you can place a new purchase order for the item you would like.

Since most of our items are priced differently, we can not simply swap out one item for another. However, once we receive the returned item, we'll initiate a refund to you for the full amount. In the meantime, we'll process the new order and ship it to you via UPS.
